Polka Dots and Stripes Baby Shower
I was 7.5 months at the time and expecting a little girl, so pink was the order of the day! I was very fortunate to have 2 close friends and my mom plan an unforgettable day filled with lots of spoiling. The theme of the party was polka dots and stripes. The girls went all out and covered every little details to make the day perfect. Decor Chinese lanterns with hanging butterflies Flower posies in pink buckets pink & white banners butterfly displays white & pink polka dot linen kiddies section with colour books and playdough to keep the kids entertained - each on also got a party pack filled with eats & bubbles Food & Drink - chocolate fountain - a favourite amongst the ladies - mix of sweet and savoury platters - novelty cupcakes - novelty iced biscuits - a sweet station - my favourite - a delicious vanilla & caramel polka dot themed cake - tea, coffee, cooldrinks, juices, champagne Games played with guests - list 10 song titles with the word baby in it - draw a picture of a baby - place paper on your head and draw a baby - busy mommy - hang clothes on line while holding a conversation on the phone and attending to baby at the same time The pics were taken by a friend of mine....I look forward to showing my little girl these one day.
