Easy Banana Bread
Banana bread is a classic and an absolute favorite for most families. Enjoy this simple absolutely delicious recipe! Ingredients
1 cup mashed bananas (I use 2 bananas)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 and a half cups sugar
Half a teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
3 quarter teaspoon bicarb
Half a cup butter
Half a teaspoon salt Method
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Add dry ingredients and bananas. If too stiff, add a bit of milk to soften.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 mins ENJOY

10ml baking powder
2ml salt
30ml castor sugar( I used normal)
125g butter/marg
3 extra large eggs separated
45ml water
About 200ml smooth apricot(or any other)jam
200ml sugar
500ml desiccated coconut Method
Sift flour, baking powder and salt
add castor sugar and rub in butter
add egg yolks and water and knead into soft dough
roll out to thickness of about 3mm
