Here are some ideas for how fathers can take part and help with breastfeeding! They can bond just as easily as you can during this time.
Attend a breastfeeding class with mom.
Skin-to-skin with your baby.
Let baby sleep in your room with you.
Praise mommy and tell her she is doing great.
Burp and change baby.
Give mom breaks between feeding and play with baby.
Reduce stress in the home.
