Make your own lollipops

My son and I decided to try and make our own lollipops! It's a really fun and quick afternoon activity to do....and the end results are always yummy! If you're a non sugar family you can also very easily do this with sugar free candies! What You Need Sparkles Candy Sweets Baking Paper Cook n Bake Lollipop sticks (most baking shops sell them Hammer Ziplock/plastic bags Hundreds and Thousands What You Do First sort out your Sparkle sweeties into colours Then you unwrap them and pop them into bags You then smash them with a hammer You then empty the contents of the bags into little saucers Then you take your baking try and put a sheet of baking paper in it. You then spray the baking paper with a coat of Spray and Cook. I put two little blobs of butter in the corners of the baking try to keep the baking paper in place too. After you've done that you get to sprinkle circles with the crushed candy. It can be in any shape you like really. Space each circle a few cm apart and keep in mind that you have to add the lollipop sticks when they're still hot. Once you're done. Pop the try in an oven preheated at 220 degrees.. The lollipops melt really fast..about 3 minutes. The minute they've melted..take them out and put the lollipop sticks in immediately as the candy hardens super fast. As soon as the sticks are in you can sprinkle your fun lollipops with hundreds and thousands if you like! When they've cooled down you can pop them off the baking paper and you're done!

Enjoy!
