How to use Rosemary Oil on your hair.
Make a Hot Oil Treatment - Mix 3 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil with 5 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil in a glass jar that can be sealed. When you want to use it, place the jar in warm water to heat up the mixture. Massage the warm oil into your dry hair and scalp. Wrap your hair up in a warm towel and leave it in for around 30-45 minutes. Wash the treatment out with your normal shampoo. Repeat once or twice a week.
Head Massage: Combine the rosemary oil with a carrier oil of your choice. Do a nice soothing massage on your scalp with it. Tip: Flip your head over so your hair is dangling to the ground while you do the massage. Try and leave the oil in for a while afterwards or leave it in overnight and wash it out in the morning.
Rosemary Oil Shampoo & Conditioner: To make sure you're using Rosemary oil more regularly add a few drops to your normal shampoo and conditioner.
If you use some of the above treatments above or better yet, all of them, you will very quickly see a difference in your hair health and growth.
NB: do not use Rosemary oil while pregnant. These treatments are for only after you've had your child.
