The Importance of a Birthing Plan
A birth plan helps you to decide your preferences and realize what is the most important thing to you.
It will help you to explore and understand your birthing options
Help to improve communication with the people who'll be helping you during delivery
It helps things to run smoothly on your delivery day
It's a good idea to fill out your birthing plan with your partner so they're on the same page as you.
Keep in mind that no matter how thought out your birthing plan is, there is a chance it could not all happen to plan but it is a great way to get some of your birthing wishes to come true.
