It will also feature the debut of women's domestic league teams from across the U.S. and Europe, joining the women's national teams which have been part of the game series since FC 25.

Regarding the exclusion of Russian teams in FC 25. EA confirmed o Eurogamer it would maintain the ban of Russian teams in FC games after they were all pulled from cheap Fut Coins as a show of solidarity with Ukraine. The decision means there will be no Russian national team or Russian clubs playable when the game releases, reflecting FC 's suspension of Russia issued earlier in 2022 alongside Belarus, a close ally of Russia.
